

Running late on her first day as a patrol woman for the Bokuto Police Department, spunky moped rider Natsumi Tsujimoto decides to take several shortcuts, only to be chased down and cited by mechanical genius and expert police driver Miyuki Kobayakawa. Upon arrival at the precinct, Natsumi finds out that her new partner is the same woman who ticketed her earlier. At first, she doesn't trust Miyuki, but in a short period of time, they develop an unbreakable friendship that overcomes traffic accidents, reckless drivers and even the strongest typhoons to hit Tokyo.

Nineteen-year-old Natsumi Tsujimoto is late for her first day at Bokuto Police Precinct in Sumida and is chased down by Miyuki Kobayakawa, an 18-year-old officer who welcomes her after several traffic incidents. A man in a red Mini named Oshō provokes them into a chase and contacts them by radio, claiming he planted fireworks set to explode in two hours. The officers deduce the location under a plane in a park, only to find a boxed lunch instead.

A typhoon warning blankets Tokyo as Natsumi and Miyuki rescue a pregnant stray cat. Ken Nakajima asks Miyuki to repair his motorcycle. During the storm, the officers save a man trapped in a crashed refrigerator truck, caused by a mysterious yellow sports car. A citywide blackout makes finding a veterinarian difficult as the cat goes into labor. The sports car begins tailing them, but Ken intervenes to distract the driver while Natsumi and Miyuki race to find help.

Natsumi is invited by Tokyo Metropolitan Police headquarters to become the first female bike trooper but hesitates to tell Miyuki. Miyuki already knows and gives her an alarm clock as a farewell gift, later becoming depressed and distracted on duty. Natsumi hints she wants to return while escorting a marathon when a burning truck causes chaos. A runaway semi-trailer heads downhill toward the danger, and Natsumi helps Miyuki and Ken stop it just in time. She resigns from headquarters and returns to the precinct, reuniting with Miyuki.
